They coach you through all the exercises, and ensure that you get a good session every time you are there.I love this concept, as you get the motivation and tools to really change your life - If you want to lose weight, improve core and posture, get personal 1 on 1 advice and training - and thus really improve your health, then I can really recommend this place. Theres a wide range of nationalities and ages in the gym, and there is a great friendly atmosphere among the members.I can honestly say that this is by far the best gym I ever been a member in.
Gym with individual and personal training, short term membership available.The owner Brian taught us a lot of methodical lessons, had a close look at exact execution of exercises and showed us fitness exercises that can be repeated w/o the need for typical gym machinery.
I've been coming here for a few months and have seen a big difference in my fitness level. If you're intimidated by gyms and don't know what you're doing at the gym then this is the place for you. It's friendly and welcoming, the Trainers are very knowledgeable and make you feel apart of the team whilst helping you achieve your personal goals. There are no classes or pre-booking needed. Just turn up during opening hours and they'll look after you. This is personal training at its best.
