  Any medical emergency on holidays abroad is always a real concern. It was pure luck that I was recommended, by a local lady working at my resort, to attend Dental L&G clinic in Estepona, while in severe pain with a molar abscess. The husband and wife dental team, assisted by a fluent English speaking dental nurse, Marisa, responded with an immediate appointment and a professional evidenced based treatment plan in their spotless modern facility in central Estepona (Second clinic in Puerto Banus). An exceptional, competitively priced, friendly service of the highest professional standard. Gracias and thank you for saving my priceless holiday with my family.   I recently had a molar removed in preparation for an implant. I visited 3 clinics in the area and received 3 different approaches to the treatment I needed. I had a tooth which over the years had 3 fillings and finally was infected to the point it needed to come out and have an implant. I was extremely happy with the service, attitude, level of care and cleanliness of this clinic. They weren't in any rush to extract the tooth and immediately put the implant in, as the others were. They didn't seem to be focused on just making money from me. I felt no pain at all. They called before to remind me about my appointment, called the next day to make sure I was ok. I would recomend this clinic to anyone as they were also very well priced. They make the implants on site and I will post another review after the implant is completed.
