5 star work as always from the guys at VW Technik - went out of their way to collect my car from my house (on a weekend) and dropped it back to me fully valeted, looking better than new! Can't say enough about the service

Since I was blocked on FB page I would like to share my experience with this garage and his owner. I made an appointment to check my car on Saturday (as I work from 9am-6pm). I came (60 km with return), he haven't tested it, said he doesn't have time right now. Told me he can take my car for a check up and can look at it next week. We've agreed on Wednesday. Last minute, when I was trying to figure out where he could meet me to take my car (literally at 16:15 he asks me if I know the place and at 17:20 calls me to say that he has no space for me not now, not in the next days), he just canceled my check up without rebooking. Called me and told me to look for another garage as unfortunately but he is fully booked. I felt mislead twice. He wrote to me that he finds it rude to text him and blocked me. I can't rate his work as I haven't got a chance to trust my car with him. But his attitude and arrogance that I have experienced I would rate with 0 stars.
